Generally, whether a person's intentions and actions are sincere or false, truthful or deceptive, whether their heart is upright, whether they have exerted themselves fully—only through reflection can one know. Therefore, introspection and self-examination are life's greatest endeavor.
The body is precious, bones are precious, the heart is precious. Vast starry sky, life is but floating dust. However, those most deserving of salute, awe, and respect all have their own paradigms and true nature. Salute the original heart, humanity shines. Hold heaven and earth in awe, its Way shines greatly. Only by respecting life—every grass, tree, flower, and plant—can one attain eternal spiritual enlightenment from nature, fortune reaching the heart, the heart returning to the Way, returning to everlasting, immortal inheritance and glory.
Dispel one's own desires, my heart begins to be still; clarify one's own mind, my spirit begins to be clear. Quietness stems from the fresh, green essence of life; purity receives from the solemn baptism of holy water. Only after quietness and purity can the inner heart become light and unburdened. Clear springs, white clouds, the highest good is like water. The heart and spirit transcendent, broad and impartial. When matters come, the heart sees; when objects come, respond accordingly. Birds, beasts, plants, and trees—"stimulating sentiment, offering perspectives, fostering community, and expressing grievances."
When a nation governs too much, when a society moralizes too heavily, the Great Way cannot truly arise, the market becomes inefficient, society becomes restless, and the government becomes perverse. Repeating its course, returning brings smooth progress. Erratic behavior inevitably breeds calamity. China truthful, revival fully manifests. A truthful China has a great future.
Zhongcai has always been an organic entity with the primal force of life, vivid spirit, and expressive, interesting character. She is natural and spontaneous, a seamless whole; truthful and upright, materialistic for self-use; holding her position, not losing herself, not forgetting her original intent.
Zhongcai's grandeur of maturing late embodies a character as vast as heaven and as deep as earth. Zhongcai people are all common folk; their actions "do not harm governance, do not hinder the people, take and give according to the times to generate wealth—the wise find value in this." Therefore, observing the situation, the world is in turmoil, it is deep winter; the defeated defeat themselves, the victorious win themselves. Authority is like opium; the more you inhale, the thirstier you become; to maintain authority, human lives are viewed as sacrifices. Power is like a gang; the bigger, the darker. To hold onto power, the masses are viewed as ants. Therefore, for Zhongcai to find a secure place and be autonomous and free, it must maintain distance from the wildly popular, even overbearing authorities and powers in society, guard its independence, be as prudent at the end as at the beginning, and remain consistent throughout.

一、大凡一个人的居心行事，诚伪虚实，立心正否，己心尽否，唯有反省方可知道。是故反己省察，乃人生之最大功夫也。
二、身贵，骨贵，心贵。浩瀚星空，生命皆为浮尘。然而，最应敬礼、敬畏和尊重的，他们都有自己的范式和本真。敬礼本心，人性放光。敬畏天地，其道大光。只有尊重生命，一草一木，一花一树，才能从自然中获得永恒精神的证悟，福至心灵，心与道归，归来永续不朽的传承和荣光。
三、自遣其欲，我心始静；自澄其心，我神始清。安静来源于青青的生命本色，纯净受之于圣水庄重的洗礼。唯有安静和纯净之后，才能使内心变得轻盈而无羁。清泉白云，上善若水。心神超然，廓然大公。事来心见，物来顺应。鸟兽草木，“兴观群怨”。
四、国家之治理太多，社会之教化太重，大道就无法真正兴起，市场就会变得低效，社会就会变得浮躁，政府就会变得乖张。反复其道，复则亨通。反复无常，必生祸殃。中国真实，复兴尽现。真实中国，大有未来。
五、中财始终是一个具有生命原力，气韵生动，传神有趣的有机体。她自然而然，浑然天成；真实正直，唯物自用；坚守其位，不失自己，不忘初志。

Book-learning accumulates knowledge externally. Insightful learning accumulates knowledge within the heart. Awakening surpasses foreknowledge; intuition approximates the Heavenly Way. Uphold the straight, put aside the crooked—Zhongcai's way.
Operations focus on seeking truth and knowledge, emphasizing specialization and mastery; management values seeking goodness and beauty, emphasizing breadth and elegance. "Specialization, Mastery, Breadth, Elegance" are the four-character guiding principles of Zhongcai's operations and management.
How holy your heart is, that is how holy the world is. How dirty your heart is, that is how dirty the world is. How noble your heart is, that is how noble the world is. Your heart is your world. To become rich from the heart—only when the inner heart is full can one possess everything. Zhongcai people have strong will and unyielding resolve—this is strength; decisive and responsible—this is fortitude. This is the unique imagery and flavor of Zhongcai.
Good enterprises perform well when the economy is good and perform even better when the economy is bad. Economic cycles often weed out bad enterprises from the market, and good enterprises thereby increase their market share. What is the Way? One yin, one yang is called the Way. Yin and Yang are profound and hidden, vast and misty. Sun and moon alternate, heaven and earth blend, cold and heat encroach, female and male unite, good and evil intermix, short and long intertwine. Simple and vivid, traversing time and space.
There is a kind of love called cultivating flowers. I water for it; this flower blooms for me; my heart becomes intoxicated thereby. Beautiful at dawn and dusk, watching seedlings can aid growth. By day, admire the flowers smiling; by night, patrol the flowers swaying. Bird songs open wisdom, flower fragrance benefits the brain. The beauty of wabi-sabi, nature's subtlety. The Way connects heaven and earth, thoughts link wind and clouds; under the magnolia tree, dreams become loftier in their barrenness.
True culture nourishes the heart. Popular culture pleases the heart. Elegant culture delights the heart. False culture drains the heart. Grand culture deceives the heart. Empty culture confuses the heart. Water flows to low places; all great things are situated low. People strive for high places; all perilous things are situated high. Waterways are most mysterious, the human heart is most subtle. When waterways are open, they flow unceasingly. When the path of speech is cut off, heaven collapses, earth splits. Think of heaven, think of earth, think of sea, think of mountains. At worst, think of trees; trees in the heart, trees within the heart. Gnarled branches, pavilion-like canopy, divine trees, heavenly kind.

On Investment
Quick thinking shows intelligence; slow thinking reveals rationality. Those involved are bewildered, bystanders are not clear—the wonder of the stock market.
There are blind spots in the eyes, distractions in the heart. Use effort to reduce some blind spots, use the heart to remove some distractions—essential for investors.
Wanting speed does not equal speed; wanting speed often leads to slowness. Because wanting speed makes you lost, forgetting fundamental things. Therefore, the mental approach to investment emphasizes focusing on the long term and value. "Do not desire haste, do not covet small gains." Walk the correct path, cultivate both internally and externally, succeed slowly, only then can one stand alone in the world.
For investors, being able to pick something up is an ability; picking it up accurately is insight; holding onto it is understanding. Letting it go for a while is adaptability; being able to let go is cultivation; opening the heart is a state.

Splendid yet substantial is the true state; the opportunity of the year lies in autumn harvest. Courageously grasp the pivotal moment, advance knowing the difficulty. What is a pivotal moment? It usually refers to a key, pivotal, or decisive link in the development of things. Why use "courageously grasp" instead of simply "grasp"? It mainly refers to Zhongcai's application for major financial licenses. Licensed operations, upholding integrity while innovating. Finance is a special industry dealing with money; implementing strict licensed operation management is an international common practice. Zhongcai possesses three licensed financial corporations in Hong Kong, including Zhongcai Securities Company, Zhongcai Asset Management Company, and Zhongcai Finance Company. The first two are licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and are qualified to accept deposits; the latter is licensed by the Hong Kong Police Force. Parents alive, knowing where I come from. Parents gone, knowing where I go. People walk on roads, roads have people walking. Happiness is in the heart, satisfaction in the body. Let go of邪正 (wrong and right), only then become a true person. Human affairs flow like water, stories remain eternally puzzling. Love is in the heart, desire in the body; life, death, coming, going—just life and death, the Way of time, space, Yin and Yang.
The stock sea is boundless, my methods have limits. Thinking without attaining is like hunger and thirst. "Possessing culture, one can be steadfast," moving or still. Those who accomplish great things do not show off mountains or reveal water, "focusing on the essence and holding to the center." What the multitude does not consider important may be the golden Way. One says composure and perseverance, one says firmness and卓越 (excellence), one says depth and distance. Leisurely and appropriate, "aiming" with purpose. Appearing and disappearing, strengths hard to see—the sage of stocks.
Start from the heart, approximating human nature. Educating others, this heart loses authenticity. Without sincerity, there is nothing; without truth, no fruit. Joy or not joy lies in the one heart. A loving heart is like the sea; a warm heart is like spring. True heroes have true spirit. Awaken innate nature, possessing both wisdom and courage.
There is a Way in虚实 (emptiness and fullness); there is no path in虚假 (falsity and deceit). Research, thinking, viewpoints, attitudes, positions are the思维逻辑 (thought logic) of independent natural persons. Positions, attitudes, viewpoints, learning, clear evidence are the思想逻辑 (ideological logic) of the socially驯服者 (tamed).
Great light in the heart. Flashes of灵光 (inspiration), capturing them随缘 (according to conditions). The light of wisdom is fleeting. The heart values朴灿 (simplicity and brilliance); wisdom opens naturally. Without ambition, one cannot stand; without perseverance, one cannot succeed. Beneath the mountain, there is a spring; "resolute action cultivates virtue." Initially like a mountain stream, finally becoming rivers. Open and aboveboard, as vast as the sea.
Plant a tree in the heart. Have sunlight, have shade, have birdsong, have私语 (whispers), have starry sky and scattered moonlight, even more have清风 (clear breeze) and满目的生机 (full view of vitality). Think of the nation, look at the country, work for Zhongcai, ask oneself—no worry, no confusion, my heart is bright. Heaven big, earth big, tree big, luck big. Calm breath, broad breath, add福气 (good fortune).
On化建 (chemical construction): wind fair, sails hoisted, waves calm heading to sea. On广角 (financial branches): the market stands firm like iron; being kind to others solves a thousand knots; truth, goodness, and beauty have no match. On investment: understand stocks, understand people; understand prices, understand trends; hands reaching, obtaining—naturally so; great rivers, great openness.

一、父母在，知我之来也。父母不在，知我之去也。人走路上，路上人走。幸福在心，满足在身。放下邪正，方成真人。人事如水流，故事千古迷。爱在心，欲在身，生死来去，死生而已，时空阴阳之道也。
二、股海无涯，我法有边。思而不得，如饥似渴。“含章可贞”，或动或静。凡成大事者，不显山，不露水，“惟精惟一，允执厥中”。众人不以为然者，或金光之道也。一曰沉毅，一曰坚卓，一曰深远，闲适有道，“寻”的放矢。若隐若现，优长难见，股票之圣者也。
三、从心开始，近似于人性。教育别人，此心失真矣。不诚无物，不真无果。乐或非乐，在于一心。爱心似海，心暖如春。真英雄有真精神。唤醒天性，智勇双全也矣。
四、虚实有道，虚假无路。研究、思考、观点、态度、立场是独立自然人的思维逻辑。立场、态度、观点、学习、明证是社会驯服者之思想逻辑。

On Investment
For investors, being loyal to oneself means being yourself, expressing yourself, perfecting yourself. It manifests as being loyal to one's own cognition, one's own craft, one's own body. Can prevail by "first make yourself invincible," hedging major losses with minor ones; deploying troops and marching, I walk my own way.
An investor must learn the wolf's patience, learn from all things to accept mistakes, learn to comprehend the market with one's own true nature. Humans are spiritual animals; animal intuition approximates the Way.
The disaster for investors stems from human greed, all due to the祸 (calamity) of laziness, sloppiness, and slickness. Uselessness is great usefulness; non-action accomplishes all action. Worldly affairs change easily—the Way of混沌 (chaos). Clarity and thoroughness—the Way of research. Leisurely and appropriate origins—the Way of investment.
A person's wealth lies within the heart. If the heart is abundant, wealth is abundant. "A person without flaws cannot be befriended, for they lack true气 (essence/energy)." A stock without flaws cannot be bought. Those who accomplish great things differ from the ordinary; they cannot be judged by庸常 (mediocre) standards.
Wisdom comes from long-term thinking and refinement; it is a form of学问 (learning) and also修行 (cultivation). Seeing order within disorder approximates the Way. Low valuation is the王道 (kingly way).
The幽微叵测 (subtle and unfathomable) human heart is why the market is so诡异多端 (tricky and changeable). We can never see the market clearly, hence the market is most valuable, most charming, making people flock to it, infatuated and痴迷 (obsessed). We are greedy, but we are not controlled by greed; we are fearful, but we do not屈服于 (submit to) fear. We exist, therefore the market exists.
On Zhongcai
Enterprise growth depends heavily on leaders. Only leaders who generate and subdue demons in cycles can guide the enterprise to持续繁荣 (sustained prosperity). From "every leader speaks reasonably" to every leader having a Way is an important mission facing Zhongcai's高层们 (top executives).
Zhongcai's development: from solidity to excellence depends importantly on being down-to-earth, seeking精益求精 (continuous improvement); time is the root, requiring systemic action and going far. 二、一个投资者，要学会狼的等待，要学会万物之接受错误，要学会用自己的真性体悟市场。人是灵性的动物，动物直觉，近乎道也。

For investors,自负 (arrogance) is a毒药 (poison) that harms people. Knowing one's own ignorance is the only correct thing.
Doing investment is not the result of学习 (studying), but the crystallization of学问 (learning). Accept failure; failure is the mother of success. Smile at风云 (wind and clouds); do not fall into disaster because of failure.
Investor interests: First level interest in money; second level interest in making money; third level interest in investment.德之不进 (virtue not advancing),业之不修 (skill not cultivating)—the illness of an investor.
Change or not change is philosophy; move or not move is Yin-Yang. Life should be optimistic;形势 (situations) should be observed with the heart.雄心 (ambition) lies in going all out, making oneself;野心 (ruthless ambition) often uses any means, spoiling human affairs.
Towards the market, investors must first learn to accept; existence is reasonable. Project the present into the future, find the market's不合理 (unreasonableness), discover opportunities, act timely, then realize future合理性 (reasonableness).
Investment wisdom is varied; which is high, which is low depends on time and circumstance; sometimes invaluable, sometimes worthless. The subtlety in application lies within the heart. Therefore, being谦谦有礼 (modest and courteous),孜孜不倦 (diligently and tirelessly) is the way of an investor.
Finally, in the previous period, I occasionally played the mobile game "跳一跳" (Tiao Yi Tiao), comprehending its Way: There is Yin-Yang, space, and time; patience, persistence, step-by-step; speed and force, heart and hand united; less is more, precise, refined, seeking精益求精 (continuous improvement). The heart is the Way; attaining the Way brings constancy.

On Investment
The optimist knows what they do not know. The pessimist does not know what they know.
Investment is betting on enterprises, betting on oneself, betting on the future.
Investment has four forces. Interest is motivation, research is effort, optimism is ability, patience is strength.
Those good at losing are undefeated; those good at winning are not martial. Buy when falling, sell when rising; when great waves surge, sell, sell.
Viewing the market through politics: politics, government, policy; time, space,人间 (the human world). Time is greater than space, space is weightier than time; uncertainty is the human world.
Moving according to circumstances is called慧 (wisdom); moving having attained the Way is called智 (intelligence); moving on time is called神 (divine). Those who move lightly are low; those who move recklessly fail; those whose心不动 (heart does not move) are high.妄想 (delusion),妄图 (attempt recklessly),妄语 (false speech),妄断 (rash judgment),妄动 (reckless action). Recklessness leads to failure.
On Zhongcai
Separation and union, gathering and dispersal—the Way of human nature. Divide, unite, unite, divide—the Great Way of China.
Zhongcai does not uphold "first to enter the monastery is the elder," nor "first to enter the monastery is the junior."
Zhongcai does not judge heroes by success or failure, but judges success or failure by the hero.

The Way of life: love is the straight path, hate is the winding path. However much love, that much straight path; however long the love, that long the straight path. However much hate, that many winding paths; however deep the hate, that sharp the winding path. Winding and curving, long and short—this is the Great Way of life.

Three realms of investment: knowing the impossible, knowing the possible, leisurely seeing the appropriate. The possible and impossible, appropriateness endlessly generates.
The道术 (Way and technique) of investment. Investment technique lies in price differentials; investment Way lies in闲适 (leisure and appropriateness). Natural and spontaneous, the nature of being so.
In summary, a true investor often possesses the功力 (capability) to open mountains and split rocks, has a sincere and enthusiastic curiosity. He (she) is a hunter-fisher who knows how to patiently capture good things once encountered, even more a专心专业专注 (dedicated, professional, focused) researcher, and moreover, the deeper the research, the more rebellious.

Learn independence, learn thinking, learn research, learn discovery. Learn waiting, learn patience, learn tracking, learn execution.
The Way of the market is just and fair. Be both敬畏 (awed and respectful), precisely because of its efficiency.
Riding trends and awaiting timing is essential to investment. When trend and timing combine, opportunities交会 (intersect).
Market风云 (winds and clouds), gathering and scattering,变幻 (changing). The difficulty of decision is immensely difficult.
Tide ebb and flow, joyful relinquishment, no worry. Leisurely and隨機 (according to chance), mellow like aged wine.
Accumulation + Distribution = Profit. Chasing rising + Killing falling = Loss. Cleverness + Following the crowd = Speculation. Greed + Fear = Failure. Wisdom + Courage = Success.
The market always has tide ebb and flow; emotions inevitably rise and fall sometimes. Do not be attached to the past, do not fear the future, face oneself most directly, then face the market most bravely, stroll the path of professional investment, smile at wind and clouds, sea wide, sky空 (vast).
On Zhongcai
Build core, reduce交叉 (overlap), eliminate内耗 (internal friction). Expand space, construct channels, establish brand.
Integrate team, integrate resources, integrate platform.

On Investment
Observe the market as observing the sea: use eyes, use intuition, use the heart.
Eventful autumn; small阳春 (spring-like warmth), autumn. Spring寒料峭 (cold and biting);倒春寒 (late spring cold), spring.
Optimism is an ability. Confidence is a底蕴 (foundation). Fearlessness is a spirit. Decisiveness is wisdom.
Logical thinking. Systemic thinking. Dialectical thinking. Causal thinking. Spatiotemporal thinking.拙朴思维 (simple and unadorned thinking).逆向思维 (reverse thinking).
Buy low, sell high; buy low, sell at par; buy at par, sell high. Buy high, sell high; buy at par, sell at par; buy low, sell low. Buy high, sell at par; buy high, sell low; buy at par, sell low.
Three taboos for researchers: writing more than thinking, organizing more than researching, form more than substance.
Repetition,沉闷 (dullness); heart like死水 (stagnant water). Movement within stillness; heart like止水 (still water). Heart housing喜神 (joyful spirit);源头活水 (living water from the source).
Cleverness误事 (mishandles affairs); wisdom成事 (accomplishes affairs). Wisdom not opened, wealth does not come.
Less is more, approximates the Way. Joy within hardship, approximates the Way. Moderate contentment, approximates the Way. Appropriate knowing to stop, approximates the Way. Yin-Yang交泰 (in harmony), approximates the Way. Innocent natural delight, approximates the Way. Places众地莫企 (where the masses cannot reach), approximates the Way. Eliminating danger, preserving opportunity, approximates the Way. For self and others, approximates the Way. Exerting my heart and effort, approximates the Way.
On Zhongcai
The Way of Heaven is selfless. The Way of the Sage is无心 (without partial mind). The Way of Humanity is not whole.
Moguan sword, nature善良 (kind). Embrace heart shield, walk正直 (uprightly).
Snow very thick, slope正长 (long indeed); roll snowball, great year庚 (year of fortune).
Place the piece within the game, then vividness appears. Within the game, place pieces after strategizing, then act.
Govern towards明 (clarity):明德 (illustrious virtue),明白 (clarity),明文 (clear writing),明权 (clear authority),明利 (clear benefit).
Four treasures for leaders: be near君子 (gentlemen), distance小人 (petty people), know大人 (great persons), discern伪君子 (hypocrites).
We do not complain; we are very努力 (hardworking). We do not纠结 (entangle); we are very正直 (upright). We do not aim to吃苦 (endure hardship), yet we can吃得起苦 (endure hardship).
Upright within, square without; serene and自在 (at ease). Do myself well, do now well—this is my way.
System as the framework, mechanism supreme; natural human nature, uniquely forming one's own family—this is Zhongcai's way.
